On the last week of Manaiakalani, we used an app called WeVideo. WeVideo is a video editing software.

Fake Media
In Manaiakalani, we had to make a piece of Fake Media. I did a Fake USA map.

Information Report example
We learnt about an information report and what it is. We also saw an example.
Example:
BMX writing
In writing, we were learning about BMX bikes. First we add what the paragraphs were about and then we put Technical, Descriptive, Past Tense and Generalising vocab.
Maka Feke
In Tongan language week, we read a text called Maka Feke (Which means Octopus trap) and then we answered some questions. This story is about a Mouse which trapped an octopus.
Vocab 4 square
I did a vocab 4 square. A vocab 4 square is where you need to fill 4 boxes with a word in the middle. the 4 boxes are Definition, Synonyms or Antonyms, Used in a Sentence and Image.
Different types of things that relate to geometry
We had an activity where we had to match up and glue the meanings with the words.
2D and 3D Shapes
On the first of November, we were learning about 2D and 3D shapes. We drew them and we explained their differences.
The difference is that 2D shapes are flat and 3D shapes are realistic.
Paper Rangoli Design
This week in Indian language week, Mrs Foster printed out a piece of rangoli designs. Some were in half while others were in a quarter, all we needed to do was to grab a sheet and draw the rest of the rangoli and colour it. After we had finished it, we cut around the rangoli and stuck it on the window.
Types of Media
Today in Manaiakalani, we were learning about types of Media. First we had to do some activities then we had to create a Google Drawing about media we used in the past 24 hours and this is mine.
